The GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM® uses personal one on one training with the assistance of specialized equipment to allow for an integrated understanding of your body’s ultimate combination of strength and flexibility. The equipment is made up of a beautifully structured weight and pulley system to aid in the facilitation of decompressing the joint space allowing full range of motion and freedom of movement. Moving with little resistance and a decompression mechanism mimics the sensation of moving through water, a wonderful way to stimulate the body and nervous system to rehabilitate from injury and prevent inevitable wear and tear in your active life.

Dr. Meaghan Woodruff has an extensive background in athletics, dance, yoga and martial arts and combines this into an eclectic experience within the GYROTONIC® system. Her clients gain new found insight, vitality and improvement in their daily activities.
